Rapos Group ships worldwide. We are willing to provide competitive shipping quotations all around the world through couriers, air shipping, land shipping and sea shipping under various shipping terms: CIF, CNF, FOB, DDU, ex-works & more.

At Rapos Group, we make sure your products are delivered in the best condition. Our packing methods comply with seaworthy export packing standards and we are able to provide a PSI (Preshipment Inspection) Certificate upon request.

In order to minimize cost and optimize lead times, we advise our customers to follow the following shipping methods:

Cargoes less than 50kg are best shipped by courier. The courier company will clear customs for the customer.

For cargoes between 50 – 300kg, shipping by air is the best option. It is significantly cheaper than courier but the customer has to clear customs themselves.

The cheapest method of shipping is by sea. However, this is used for cargoes which have minimum of 1 cubic meter (CBM).

Yes, it is possible to combine multiple items in the same container/cargo. However, this would not be possible if one or more items are considered as a dangerous good, such as sprays. Shipping such dangerous goods, or DG items should be done separately or combined with other DG items in a DG cargo.

In the case of any delay with your shipment, you can contact our Export Department at We will be more than happy to assist you in following up with the shipping agent & their counterpart in your country.

As we deal in a variety of products, we are unable to provide a general answer to this. However, to get an idea of the MOQ for each product, it is best to get in touch with our Export Department at who will be able to provide you with all the necessary information.
