At Rapos Group, we make sure your products are delivered in the best condition. Our packing methods comply with seaworthy export packing standards and we are able to provide a PSI (Preshipment Inspection) Certificate upon request.

In order to minimize cost and lead time, we advise our customers to follow the following shipping methods:

Cargo less than 50kg are best shipped by courier. The courier company will clear customs for the customer.

For cargo between 50 – 300kg, shipping by air is the best option. It is significantly cheaper than courier but the customer will have to clear customs themselves.

The cheapest method of shipping is by sea. However, this is used for cargo which have a minimum size of 1 cubic meter (CBM).

Yes, it is possible to combine multiple items in the same shipment. However, this would not be possible if one or more items are considered as a dangerous good, such as sprays. Shipping such dangerous goods, or DG items should be done separately or combined with other DG items in a DG cargo.

In the case of any delay with your shipment, you can contact our International Sales Department at We will be more than happy to assist you in following up with the shipping agent & their counterpart in your country.

One of our main business advantage is the offering of low minimum order quantity per item. However, as we deal in a variety of products, it is best to check with our International Sales Department at to get an idea for the MOQ of each item.
